Dear all,

I have a trademark registration of UAE which is not registered in uae before under class 3. I have tried to register the brand with my approved trademark certificate but it is rejected and its showing ineligible.

I cannot re reapply as it showing my brand is under review.

i did a mistake while registering my brand. I was having a design mark and by mistake i have selected wordmark.

I would like your guidance to support me list my brand.

HI every one

i have my own brand and my own Packaging Design, my issue is CAN I ADD AMAZON FNSKU Label IN my Design Packaging to Avoid Extra Fee and Extra work. If the FNSKU is the part of my Design so is it a Good way OR i should to put Stickers on Each 10000 Bags.

Let Suppose i design a packaging for my branded Product and i add FNSKU in on back of my Packaging so it will be the part of my Packaging Design .so it will easy for manufacture just printing my packaging and FNSKU will already print with my Design.

Strange Product Rating Errors

Hello!

We have noticed a strange error with Product Rating details shown on the one of our Listings.

Parent ASIN B0D4YN6N2Q: As per below photos, it shows that Product has received 75% 3-Star Ratings, and 25% 5-Star Ratings, out of Total 3 Ratings. This is wrong, as there are 2 Reviews with 5 Star Ratings, and if the Total Ratings are 3 only, then 66% Ratings are 5 Star & 33% Ratings are 3-Star. Please see the Review Photos also below.

Please see snapshot from 1-2 weeks back also. The total ratings earlier were also 3 only, but the average and % distribution has changed now compared to last week. This strange error has unfortunately de-rated our Product and can actually mislead the Buyers as well.

We created case with Seller Support (10077664532), but it was "Transferred" without any resolution! We created another case (10081833122) where we received reply about the Average Rating calculation, but despite asking twice, no explanation of the % distribution changing. What should we do in this case, is there any other Support team whom we should approach? There is no response if we send email to "community-help@amazon.ae".

Fellow Seller Friends, have you noticed any such anomalies with your product ratings? How did you manage to resolve it, if at all?

I have registered through the brand registry process and for some reason my case was marked as 'Answered' and reply was Your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue, please contact us. The instructions on why it was declined or anything else is very unclear Please help us through the process. The case ID #10073403672

Hi, one of the brand have filed a complain regarding trademark infrigement on many of our products and the listings has been removed. We have registered trademark on amazon and we have submitted all the documentations for the same. We tried contacting them and havent heard back from them. We have submitted appeal on amazon however, the investigation team is rejecting it even though we have a registered trademark and have submitted necessary documents. This have happened previously and has been resolved, yet the same brand is complaining again and again and this whole process is being repeated. Since we have contacted them, we have understood that this is being done purposefully. What can we do in this regard?
