I submitted my brand registration on October 25th, but the case shows it cannot be reopened. I’m unable to create another registration with the same name as it states the brand is still under review.

We have been selling on Amazon for the past 4 years and we have never come across such a situation. We had 2 of our brands legally registered on Amazon's brand registry namely "my perfumes" and "ARABIYAT". We received the first mail on 7th December, 2024 from Amazon's brand registry stating that our brand "my perfumes" has been removed. There was no specific reason mentioned for such an action but we were told that this happened because of one of the below stated reasons:

a) one or more users on the brand are engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;

b) one or more users on the brand are related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies;

c) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;

d) one or more users on the brand have a selling account that is de-activated; or

e) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

Similarly, we received another mail from Amazon's brand registry on 15th December, 2024 stating that our brand "ARABIYAT" has been removed and again the same unspecified reasons were provided. We submitted an appeal in order to get our brand name reinstated by providing all the required documents and even our appeal got rejected. We created multiple cases in order to just know about the reason for such a harsh decision but the brand registry team being brand registry team gave us the same exact automated message each time where the above given reasons were mentioned.

We are stuck and clueless in this situation as we are getting no help from anywhere. Everyday we are facing a new issue with our listings and our sales are dipping like never before and the brand registry is least concerned about us.

Has anyone faced a similar situation before and does anyone has any idea how we can deal with this situation?

Does anyone knows if/when Transparacy program will be available in UAE?

I have a lot of listings, some are active and others inactive. But in the last months I have not got any orders and my listings are not even visible or searchable when I checked. I need help in fixing, as I really don't know what to do.
