I am beginner seller. My listing has been removed and requested the necessary documents.

I am reselling a branded product purchased from an authorised distributor in UAE. I have the document given by the distributor an invoice also. I submitted these documents . Amazon is not accepting these documents. I was using the same documents last time when i was requested for approval of another product from the same brand. That time i got approval. I don't know why not accepting this time.

Kindly help me here.
