Amazon support keeps tossing me around and their "internal team" isn't helping. after they give up, they just close the case on my face

Invoice Upload Requirement for Individual Sellers

I am an individual seller on Amazon UAE and recently noticed a pop-up in the Orders tab stating:

"An invoice was not uploaded for this order. If you are legally required to provide an invoice, you can upload one now by clicking on the Upload Invoice button."

As an individual seller without a trade license or VAT registration, am I legally required to provide an invoice to customers? My sales are below AED 375,000 per year, and I am not registered for VAT.

I would appreciate clarification from experienced sellers or Amazon support on whether invoice uploading is mandatory for individual sellers or only for VAT-registered businesses.

I see a new section in my manage order section when a new order comes, it comes with it like "No Invoice Uploaded"

I am an FBM seller and I am not legally required to send invoices, yea sure i can send commercial invoices but is that compulsory or i am only required to send the commercial invoices only when the customers ask for it. ?

Amazon Says that payment is done and acknowledged by bank,But my bank refunded the amount on 11 of March because of Tax issues.

I created a CASE (10917622742) but the seller support is just saying “we will let you know when we will have an update “

Really disappointed and frustrated.
