I wanted to ask:

For a non-resident seller, is it mandatory to be VAT registered with the UAE FTA in order to sell on Amazon UAE?

Would really appreciate your guidance on this.

I am currently facing an issue while trying to add a new deposit method to my Amazon Seller account (UAE region). I attempted to add my bank account with Al Mariyah Community Bank using the SWIFT code E097AEXX, but I keep receiving a “Bank Identified Code is incorrect” message.

Kindly please resolve this issue

SOS!! Can anybody help please because Seller Support cannot help :-(

Firstly - Eid Mubarak to everyone celebrating!

Our store (FBM fulfillment) will remain open and functional during the Eid break - we are not going anywhere. Unfortunately though, Amazon Eid Public Holidays have been set for 5th to 9th June (even longer than government announcement for private sector). I have been begging Seller Support to remove these holiday settings, as already since 2nd June, our products are tagged for 10th June delivery!!! Sadly Seller Support can only copy paste a UK setting that allows sellers to remove these Amazon set Public Holidays. Technically, these settings are not available for my UAE account (ie: Mark the checkbox next to the holiday and set it as operational day). For me, there is no check box to mark. I am not able to select the Amazon Public Holiday and change it in any way.

4 times Seller Support gave me the exact same "solution", and 4x I re-opened the case and told them its not working. Not all I get is Radio-Silence from them.

Anyone else suffering the same issue?? Did you manage to resolve it? Please tell me how.

I attached my two payoneer deposit bank account to amazon seller central but there's come error shows KYC pending according to the PSP then I contact payoneer support team after contacting payoneer send me two times successfully approve messages but still the problem is here not remove please confirm my account to amazon today. I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to address a negative balance that appears on my account. I have not been active with Amazon for the past seven years, and during my time as a seller, I did not enroll in the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) program nor supply any stock for fulfillment.

Back when I was working with Souq, I cleared all dues and responsibilities. Therefore, I am confused about the origin of the return charges and the negative balance currently shown on my account.

I kindly request the following:

Clear explanation of the negative balance charges.

Immediate removal of any unjustified negative balance.

Direct contact information (email or phone) for seller account support, as I have been unable to find proper assistance.

I am interested in resuming work with Amazon, but I need this issue resolved before proceeding.
