I don't understand my case keeps getting transferred or they say Internal team is investigating. It has been more than a month now and I am fed up of the same answer, the payment is not a small amount for me to just forget it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Payment initiated email was on 7th September.

I am getting rejection on Amazon Renewed program Approval. They are saying I am not meeting the requirement criteria. I am from brazil and i was trying to set up a brazilian sellers account which has 1 year off fees but for some reason the amazon seller website made me choose a country and told me i could change it later. anyway, my credit card has been charged with 39.99 for professional seller but i dont have any products and plans to sell globally!!! i want a refund!! i just wanted to explore the brazilian market. i don't have any idea whats going on, the brazilian website redirects me to US website and now im at AE website. im completly lost!!

Trade License Update on Seller Account

Greetings!

As everyone know that Trade License is mandatory for the sellers in Amazon UAE marketplace and right now Amazon team is unable to answer how can unlicensed person can update the license details.

Amazon have switched individual registrations to the professional account so the question is, from the "account info" if we switch back to an individual account and then switch back to professional, then do we have option to update our license details? does anyone tried that?

I don't want to register new account and restart everything again.
