My Amazon US store sells to only 9 countries.

I want to sell in the UAE through Amazon USA, which allows selling in 21 countries. However, I can only access 9, and the UAE is not included. Can the Amazon seller community help me with this issue?

Hi @Seller_apFdDbPdZkfHS,

I think I can help explain why you're only seeing 9 countries instead of 21. According to the help page Amazon Global Selling, selling to the UAE requires a separate regional registration - you can't sell to UAE directly through your US store.

The help page explains that "registrations are done on a regional basis, which means that you can register your account per region... and can then decide on which of the stores you want to be active."

To start selling in the UAE, you'll need to:

  1. Go to "Inventory > Sell globally" in Seller Central
  2. Register for the Middle East region
  3. Create a seller account on Amazon.ae

I hope this helps explain why you're seeing fewer countries than expected.

Best regards, Michael

Hi Michael, I have already tried this but keep encountering the same issue. The problem started when I registered on Amazon. Initially, I saw the UAE registration option, but after registering in KSA, that option disappeared. Now, I can only see 9 countries to sell in, although I should have access to 21. Can you please help me if you understand the problem?

Hi @Seller_apFdDbPdZkfHS

I see that your account is currently set up and active to sell in 17 countries. Do you still have any questions or need further assistance?

Registration can take several days to complete for each region so we ask sellers to be patient when they first sign up and complete all requirements.

Best,

Connor
