i lose my inventory, and i can find any way to get it back
its saying my credet card problem, i tried two active credit cards(im using them), and i can get my inventory mangement functionable. so i have to buy a virtual credit card to get my shop open. then i found my inventory being discarded, by no reason, and i cant find any way to get my inventory back. the development manager cant do any help, at any single time. and some outside server said they need 1000USD to get my goods back.
can anyone can help me?

What does that mean? Was this inventory sent to a FBA warehouse and you don't find it anymore in your seller central? Was it lost in the warehouse? Didn't it arrive at the warehouse? Did Amazon confiscate and destroy it because of an IP concern? Was the listing "just" deactivated? Please explain what is "discarded".

my inventoiry sent to FBA and they tell me my shop was closed by no reason, and i wanted to shift my goods to another storage, but my credit card was expired, and i renewed my two active credit card, whild they cut me 400+RMB for storage fee, but still cant get me through into inventory management function, untill i bought a virtual credit card at 27th Oct. then i found that they opened a process of discarding my good at 8th Oct, and already discard me 200+ set of goods out fo totally 500sets.
my fuction of onpening care is disabled, i cant find any way to get my good back. what can i do?

If they trow it away = dispose, you have no possibility to gain it back, these products have been destroyed. That happens if you sell counterfeit products. Amazon must BY LAW confiscate and destroy such fake products.
It doesn't matter if you confirm they were authentic. To proove authenticity you need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.
At the same time, Amazon did or will deactivate your seller account forever.

How can you be sure that my products are infringing or counterfeit? I simply sell very common bread baskets and other small tools as a set. It doesn't feel like it should be infringing or counterfeit. I think my store was closed for reasons unknown to me, and then my credit card happened to expire. I did not update my new credit card in time, which resulted in them not being able to deduct my storage fees. And my two available credit cards failed to update successfully, so they destroyed my products. However, my two usable credit cards have been unable to update until I purchased a virtual card. Also, I no longer wish to sell products on there, I just want to retrieve my products. They only destroyed a portion of them, with over 200 sets remaining to be destroyed.

I can not be sure, I am not Amazon. But before deactivating your listing they sent you an email and you had the opportunity to proove the contrary, which you obviously didn't do. The fact of destroying your goods has nothing to do with your credit card.
YOU say that Amazon destroyed your products. Do you have proof for this? Did they send you an email telling that? If yes, copy and paste this email here.
