This feedback is based on a different account I manage. ASP360 is designed to help sellers grow their sales and gain more insight into the platform. However, during the ongoing Prime Day promotion, our discounted deal prices were not properly reflected on the site, and some listings didn’t even display the Prime tag. Ironically, we experienced better sales on regular days than during what is supposed to be one of Amazon’s biggest promotional events.
Additionally, communication with the assigned account manager has been disappointing. At times, it feels like speaking to a wall, sellers often have a better understanding of the platform than the account managers themselves. It raises concerns about whether the Amazon recruitment team has lowered its standards or is operating under a tighter budget, leading to the hiring of inexperienced, fresh graduates to manage seller accounts.
