Someone is selling under my brand name
In continuation of the story with the publication of GTIN. I went through the procedure of re-approval of my brand, wrote to the support of GS1, a lot of work was done, I do not even know what worked for this. In conclusion, after the publication of my first ad, I found out that another seller [Moderator: personal data removed] sells under my brand. I wrote to the support service, they removed some items under my brand, but not all. Interesting story, note to Amazon, while I'm trying to prove that this is my brand with a bunch of official documents, someone just needs to write "this is my band", it seems, these are just my guesses, that one of the employees takes advantage of his position and approves such applications for approval of fake brands!

To better understand, by "your brand" you mean you're the owner of the brand and not an authorized Seller right?
If that's the case, and it has been already approved in Brand Registry, can you please give me the IDs of the ongoing Cases regarding the issue?

same thing happens with me. Normally when i try to sell other brands. Amazon asks for approval from distributor/owner. But in my case, other sellers are selling my brand products without sny approval from us
