My Amazon uae account suspension-please help!

My UAE account got suspended. I sent all the documents amazon asked me but they still haven’t opened my account. This is first email:

As part of a review, your Amazon Seller account has been temporarily deactivated and your listings are not active in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. We understand that this deactivation may be concerning for your business. To help you successfully reactivate your account, please review the information and address the concerns mentioned below.

Why is this happening?
In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we routinely request additional documentation from sellers to verify their account information and confirm authenticity of certain items.

Do you have valid invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the above impacted asins ?

Please make sure, the invoice should meet the below criteria:-

The quantity of items shown should match your inventory for the requested ASINs.

You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

Contact information for your supplier, including business name, phone number, address, , email, and website.

We might call your supplier to verify the documents.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card (where applicable).

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.

The invoices which is not meeting the above criteria will not be deemed as valid.

If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.

I checked your ASINs. Its only a bakugan toy item and 2 toilet cleaning brush. It amazes me that they’re suspending your account for merely selling these insignificant items. I mean why allow a seller to sell in a listing if you’re going to later on suspend his account on the basis of lack of documents? Might as well restrict all listings and make sellers submit documents from the beginning…

On the other hand if you cant come to a solution with the support I believe you can escalate it. I’ve read some posts in the uk forum and they email the MD (managing director) and the person helps out apparently.
