If there is any link between accounts, then ALL accounts must be healthy.

Why was your first account "perma-banned"? If it was really permanently banned, then it's not just the account that is banned, but the seller. If it's just "suspended" or "deactivated", then you need to resolve the issue.

Otherwise, people could run an account in violation, then when it got suspended, simply open another. That is why ALL linked accounts must be healthy.

Hi @Seller_d1XL9b5whzrgI,

Thank you for your post. I understand your account has been deactivated for a related accounts issue. In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated, and due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.

Since you are stating you own both accounts, you most likely going to need to reactivate the account to which you are linked. With this in mind, please share the reason for that account's deactivation so we may better assist you. You may be able to dispute this violation by showing no policies were violated. Once that account is reinstated, you will then be able to request the reinstatement of your primary account.

Regards,

Troy
