The shipment was delivered via DHL on December 31, 2024. At this time, 16 days have passed and the RDU4 warehouse has not yet registered the receipt. Does anyone know what happened? so ridiculous

Thanks for raising this here on the forums. The timeline you're describing matches what I've seen from other sellers as FCs work to stabilize their post-peak volume. My best recommendation is to remain patient while, and continuously monitor the progress for your shipments. May I ask what the current status is for these units?
