I keep uploading the exemption sheet for battery and non battery products over and over and its unclassified yet i have two exact same products that got through
I keep uploading the exemption sheet but its still saying unclassified. Ive uploaded it like 10 times! Its soooo annoying and its taking forever. I missed almost two months now from this because it takes 2 business days for it to show.
I have other product that is same but in different colours and yet they got accepted and is classified as Non dangerousd goods. This is the same product but different colour but it keeps rejecting it!

There will be an option of Language kindly select English and then Upload the file it will get uploaded
