refund at first scan doesn't work but az claim does
I need assistance with this appeal: Customer bought an item by mistake, that was the literal return reason. "bought by mistake" and provided a sentence (Background: they had already ordered and returned the same thing a month ago)
Free return label automatically provided issued by amazon. Refund at first scan is enabled, yet didn't work.
Well guess what, customer opens claim without contacting us less than 24hours the return was delivered. And amazon counted this against ODR.
This should not be, refund at first scan should have WORKED. Customer couldve contacted us. We didn't even have time to pick up the return and we already have an ODR.
Please help.
