RYY2 Nightmare

Is there an Amazon mod who can help?

We had a shipment depart NC on 8/7 headed to RYY2. Atlanta is 1 transit day away from us, 2 if you really want to take the scenic route. It is now 8/23, we are now 16 (SIXTEEN!) days from shipping and it has still not been delivered, much less checked in/received at RYY2. Tracking shows the shipment in Atlanta out for delivery, then back to the carrier facility (Atlanta, GA/Ackworth, GA) every day until August 16th and no new updates since then. This is a larger shipment, so it is impacting our inventory levels. (Shipping purchased and printed through Send to Amazon workflow).

I've contacted seller support, and to no one's surprise they said to wait until the shipment is delivered to report a problem.... despite the problem being that it is clearly not getting delivered by an Amazon partnered carrier with shipping purchased through Send-to-Amazon.

The irony is not lost on me... Amazon wants you to send in enough inventory, but not TOO much inventory, but at least 5 boxes of each SKU to 6 different locations. And the units in the box have to be right (they always are), but if they're miscounted or units are lost in the warehouse, they are always the sellers fault and we're reprimanded with a "shipment problem"... Amazon FBA expects perfection out of the sellers, even blames the sellers for their mistakes, and yet they can drop the ball over and over again... It's exhausting.

We are having the same issue with all of our shipments that were all sent in the same week. 3 shipments were rerouted to and the rest are now showing that UPS corrected the label and is now being held for a somebody to pick up the packages. Seems that many people are having issues with this warehouse especially those who sent product to FBA the first few weeks of August. It also seems that many packages get stuck on the 16th and 17th of August.

Hopefully they get this fixed

In the same boat. Tons of shipments to RYY2 and WBW2 in UPS possession where tracking has not updated in 10+ days.

Called UPS, they couldn't provide any info.

Seller support just telling me to wait to reconcile. Social media team escalation, same result, wait to reconcile.

Amazon screwed up and routed tons of shipments to a warehouse that can't handle them. Would be great if ANYONE at Amazon could take ownership of this issue.

I'm surprised theres not more posts about RYY2, because I know dozens of sellers dealing with this issue right now.

@Seller_tJoDwsBeUutOX I appreciate you sharing this, can you confirm the carrier and what they've told you when you inquire? Given that there's no notification of receipt yet I'm wondering what they've been able to share, but I'm monitoring this example and the others above to escalate as needed.

I've been going through a similar situation where the tracking info hasn't been updated for more than 10 days. What exactly is the issue with RYY2?

I have nine shipments that were sent from the 7th to the 11th of Aug routed to RYY2 in this nightmare. None show delivered and all rerouted.

I've had 2 boxes delivered on 8/6 that have not been processed. ABSOLUTLY RIDICULUS! I have about $2500 in textbooks sitting there as college classes are starting. And the cherry on top, if they lose them, I will not be able to get reimbursed because they are used books and I cannot produce an invoice from the textbook company.

Also RYY2 warehouse:

1. DHL said RYY2 warehouse refused to accept all packages and was waiting for Amazon to tell them where to ship to. I have been waiting for 15 days and still have no instructions.

2. I consulted Amazon customer service and they said that the packages were not refused and would be accepted normally.
