Please help me out activating my seller account, i have got approved by amazon The Seller Identity Verification team, my account is still deactivated.

Hello Dear Amazon Team:

Please kindly help me with activating my account issue.

It has been 5 days since i receive the reponse from "The Seller Identity Verification Team Amazon.com Seller Support"

- case (Id 15449688251) response was sent on 6/16/2024, stating: "We have reviewed the documents that you provided and were able to complete your verification process. You can now sign in to Seller Central and start selling on Amazon." after i submitted my documents through the link you guys gave to me - "https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/approvalrequest/register "

However my account is still deactivated, i wonder if there is some technical glitch, Would you kindly let me know what should i do next step? can i have a link for me to complete the "INFORM Consumers Act" please? coz when i click on "Identity Verification (Reverify)", it takes me to the "get help" page, it is a infinite dead loop which leads me to nowhere to activate my account.

Please help me out!

I have encountered the same problem as you, and I have resubmitted the information through this link and it has been approved, but the account is still closed,

I can now confirm that the Identity verification for this link is different from the Identity verification for the FORM Consumers Act,

It seems that the only way to activate an account is to retrieve the entry point for submitting information again, which is all the information I currently have.

I wanted to apologize for the time it has taken for the moderating team and I to respond here.

After forwarding your information to the appropriate team they stated that they were unable to verify your identity due the fact that you have not selected your new address and country in the business address and phone number section of seller central. You can find this information in Case ID ending in 9701. Once you have edited your business address please update this thread so we can work toward a resolution.

i can not find the portal for me to click on to edit my business address

To edit the business address, you hover over the settings button in the upper right-hand corner of seller central. There will be a drop down and you can select "account info". On the left, select "business information" then click on "business address and phone number". From here, you can select "add a new address" to input your current business address.

The documents that you are submitting have your new address and this is a mismatch from what is showing in your account. Once you have done this, please respond here in this thread so we can pass your updated information to the appropriate team.
