Refund applied for Order
I have an order that says Refund Applied. I never heard from the buyer about the order so it somehow happened behind the scenes through some refund request on the buyer's part. I never received the book back but the buyer got a refund from my funds. Do I have any recourse here? Maybe this happens all the time to sellers but this is a first for me! Thanks.

First question is are you signed up for CSBA? If so, then you probably can't do anything about it, by signing up for that program, Amazon can freely give your money away. If you are not signed up for CSBA, then the buyer probably called into Amazon and they refunded out of your funds to make the buyer happy, but you can file a SAFE-T claim to try to recoup the funds in such a case. Look for the refund initiated email from Amazon and see if it says it was initiated by Amazon Customer Service (or similar). If so, file a SAFE-T claim requesting the funds back as they were not owed to the buyer. I had this happen once and was able to get the funds back through a SAFE-T claim. I periodically go through my refunds now to watch for any that Amazon did on their own to file a SAFE-T claim if I see one, but so far I've only had that happen the one time.

Hi @Seller_BDZLIFV9v2tn2,
I'm just coming across your post and wanted to check and see if you were able to file a Safe-T claim for this return or if you received the product back?
Let me know if you need any additional help.
