AWD Shipment Creation Issues
Hello - I created our first 2 AWD shipments with no issues. Everything got shipped and checked in seamlessly. I've been trying to create additional shipments and the Send to AWD portal has just been going in circles. I finally was able to create a shipment after countless times trying and now it won't download the box labels. Just goes around and around in circles before it errors out. Anyone have the same issues and what can be done??
