UPC Problems - Brand Ownership

We had a problem where two UPCs were mixed in within an ASIN and the result was that the UPC and EAN were both different. It's the most difficult thing to fix, it took more than half a year to fix the majority and we still have a few left. Their solution was to move the UPC onto a different ASIN.

Here's where it gets even worse, I was trying to list them to Vendor Central and it wouldn't let me list them because the UPC was mixed to two different ASINs. So the original ASIN that had UPC that amazon removed from their system apparently still had the UPC in Vendor Centrals system. One of the solutions for this is to Merge but there's a bigger problem. Our brand name isn't the same in different marketplaces for our UPC's. How can I fix this? Is there a way to get in contact with someone that can help us fix this issue? We have all the paperwork. Thanks

Good Afternoon @Seller_eviDDmIEPBa0l,

I wanted to stop by and check in on this thread. Just a heads up, we can't see anything on the vendor side, so if you have a vendor central account, you should create a case using vendorcentral.amazon.com

If the outstanding issue is related to an ASIN on your seller central account, I'd be happy to look into this situation with a relevant Seller Support case ID.

Thank you for understanding and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
