Amazon won't release my money after over 9 months. Nobody can tell me why
Back in the beginning of February 2023 my account was suspended for a period of 4 days. It has been active ever since. I can sell products, and have been. But all my money has been held in reserve for over 9 months now. When you can actually talk to someone at Amazon (very rare) they tell me that this should not be happening, and they don't know why it is happening. But nobody has offered a solution or any resemblance of a logical answer. They just open another case that doesn't get answered. My oldest case is from the beginning of May, with no answer. It is now the middle of November. I need help from a real person immediately!!!

the cause was suspected intellectual proprerty violations. They were bogus. And removed within 4 days. My account was reinstated by Amazon’s retractions department. I have no account issues that need to be addressed. My account is in perfect health. I still have inventory that is active. But Amazon won’t release my funds from reserve. It is about $3,500. They have held it for over 9 months now. I have been told many times that this should not be happening. But there is nothing that anyone can do. Because there is no way to call or email anyone who can help. Everyone department (I’ve talked to several dozen departments already) just sends me an email saying I need to click the “reactivate your account” button. There is no such button as my account has been deactivated for over 9 months. Every sale is put into reserve, and never released. I will be homeless in 2 weeks if someone cannot help me. Every single Penny I have to my name is being held for no reason by Amazon. I have several open cases. The oldest is from May with no response. case numbers are...

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

Thank you! I have edited my post and included all open case numbers.

@Cooper_Amazon It has been 5 days and I still haven't heard from anyone. You had said someone would take a look shortly. But it's been close to a week.

@Cooper_Amazon still haven't heard anything. This is why I don't like to use the forums. A mod always says that their team will be with me shortly and then I never hear anything again. Please have someone look into this like you said you would. Thank you.

Hi @Seller_2LNB7EoSpfEjP,
Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out in the forums. I have reached out to an internal team to have a review of this situation completed and receive guidance.
I will provide updates as I get them, however you may be contacted directly by the escalation team so please be on the lookout for that as well.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi @Seller_2LNB7EoSpfEjP,
Please refer back to previous direction given on prior communications and notices. You will need to reach out to the original complainant (email address is provided in the appeal response).
Once that is done, please provide all requested documentation in any future appeal. I have escalated this situation to the fullest of my ability at this point.
Thank you,
Steve
