invoices

I am a new seller here at amazon seller account.... I recently had my account deactivated due to section 3 .... I send SOOO many documents that amazon appeals wanted but keeping getting rejected .... I call them and the person that helped me or pretend to help just told me that amazon does not longer accept products from ALIBABA therefore any invoice I send will not be accept it or from the seller ...he is keeping tell me send valid invoices which I did ...the question is how I supposed getting my account back to be active.

Did you purchase your products on the Alibaba platform?

How did you list your products? New listing? Existing generic listing? Existing branded listing?

So you sourced someplace other than ALI@#$$$@ ?

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

NOTE the verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products".

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

When Amazon cannot verify information during the video call, or the cannot verify the invoices that you've sent and the investigation concludes that reactivation is not possible due to suspected, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, it means the investigation is complete and only new documents will be reviewed from now on.

The only way to reinstate your account at this time is to prove that your account was deactivated in error. You have the option to submit a new appeal. When doing so, please avoid sending any previously rejected documents, as these will most likely be denied. Ensure that your new appeal includes fresh and accurate information to support your case.

These are the invoices requirements:

1. Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured. These documents:

• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

• Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. Amazon may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

2. Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

3. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
