FBA Inventory Storage Fee

They have been charging me FBA Storage Fee for months. I paid about $4,000, they activated my account and they still tell me they are still investigating. In the meantime they continue to charge me. Now they charged me $586. The truth is that they give me the same answer, that they continue investigating and it is not resolved. They ask me for a report, they escalate the issue and they don't tell me anything else. I don't know what to do anymore.
