FBA Inbound Shipment Issue
We received an email from Amazon with subject called "HASPIP Proactive MFI Investigation" for FBA Inbound shipment nd we thought it would be more advanced with more care for our shipment. But NO, Amazon still denied us after we provided the proof of delivery and invoices.
Case# 17100020531 & Shipment# FBA18PL8TTYV. We shipped in total of 140 units to Amazon with 5 shipments. This one had 40 units split into 2 package with 15lbs each package. Amazon received only 35 units instead of 40 and gave us a very unreasonable message as:
"We have received your request to investigate discrepancies with shipment FBA18PL8TTYV. Upon investigation, we have found a weight discrepancy on your shipment:
* Expected weight: 15.00 lb
* Received weight : 8.76 lb
* Difference: 6.24 lb
Due to the weight discrepancy, we are unable to confirm that all of the expected items were shipped and cannot reconcile nor reimburse for the discrepancies you have asked us to investigate."
What kind of investigation was it? We shipped 15lbs, 20 units inside, but then, they only weighted it as 8.76lbs and blamed us to not ship 20 units as promised.... Should Amazon check their scale or their employees instead? We are 100% sure that we shipped as we planed to send, but they kept refusing our dispute. We are requesting a higher-up to review this case and reimburse us. 5 units in the box couldn't just disappear like that.
Regards!

@Jameson_Amazon @KJ_Amazon We saw a lot of posts from different sellers that you could help us escalate these inbound cases. Amazon has been giving us hard times to solve cases. Please kindly help us with it. We really appreciate your help here.
Thank you!

@Seller_t0xXYHb3zese2 Thank you for sharing those details.
I asked our partner team to review those details and the information from the incoming shipment, and determine what next steps may be available for you to dispute the earlier decision.

We have issues with under-received quantities in three shipments, and we’ve been corresponding with incompetent support for about eight months across four different cases. In some of those cases, the last response was in October–November, and the status is still “pending amazon action.”

Finally, Amazon issued us a reimbursement and there is no word can describe our happiness now because it proved that someone did care about our issue and resolved it.
Thank you so much and special thanks to James and KJ from Amazon who helped me handled this case!!!!
