Inconsistent information between Amazon seller app and website
Has anyone else noticed that there is inconsistent information displayed between the Amazon Seller app and the website for Amazon sellers? For instance, I can't find customer reviews anywhere on the website (desktop), but its very clearly displayed at the top of my screen via the app. Also, the reviews are shown and I am able to respond to those reviews via the app, and the app shows I only have 2, 5 star, positive reviews on my product, but the website shows I have 2 collected reviews, one 5 star review, and one 1 star review. I can't find anywhere to "respond" to this negative review like I did with the two positive reviews.
So to recap, my app shows two 5 star positive reviews to which I responded to. The website version of seller central doesn't display reviews at all, but if I go to my product page via amazon and check reviews it shows 2 reviews, one 1 star review, and one 5 star review.
There are also inconsistencies with my balance between the app and desktop site. They are never the same.
