Chargeback E-mail form Amazon

Received a chargeback claim on July 28th. I responded to the claim on the 29th with "any additional information you have relating to this chargeback.", according to Amazon. I provided the order date, ship date, tracking number and that the tracking shows delivered. It has said "This chargeback is being processed.", and Pending status since then. I shipped through amazon and everything was on time.

I receive an e-mail from chargeback-billing-reply @ amazon.com, on August 15th with this:

Please provide us with the following information in connection with this transaction in the space below: (there is no space below, it's an e-mail)

-- Confirm the order was shipped.

-- Date the order was shipped.

-- The name of the carrier used.

-- Delivery confirmation or tracking number along with signed proof of delivery, if available.

-- Return and refund policy, as well as cancellation policy.

-- The return shipping address your customer should use to return the merchandise for credit.

I have 7 days to reply or the order funds will be removed from my account

Am I replying directly to this email? I already provided this information as well in Amazon Seller Central through "Chargeback Claims".
