I do both.
I have my own brand and at the same time I sell products that has potential and add profit to my business, coz why not, we should not limit ourselves in to something. In the end we are all after profit.

Thanks everyone for sharing your insights on being a trend chaser vs. product specialist! It's been really interesting to see that more of you identify as product specialists (type B) - I didn't expect that, but it's great to hear your reasons for focusing on building long-term brand value.
