Reporting a seller who is copying my EBAY store
So over the last 3 weeks, an Amazon seller has copied 700 advertisements of mine from my EBAY store. These are embroidered patches for Scouting. He is using the exact same words in his title and my photos. Copy paste, Copy paste. He has listed the items under a false manufacturer name. Many of the patches are out of stock with my suppliers and several are from a non-defunct company which is the main reason why I haven't listed them on Amazon. I am certain he has no invoice from a supplier.
Now, he is playing the drop ship game. From the EBAY ad he has copied from me, he is buying these patches from me on EBAY to ship to his Amazon customers. I have blocked two of his EBAY buying id's from making future purchases from me. Whenever I suspect it is him on EBAY, I included an EBAY invoice to the drop ship Amazon customers.
Who do I report him to at Amazon? What is my re-course?

I understand you are needing to report potential abuse on Amazon. I do apologize for your experience, but I do want to provide you with the correct path here.
The report abuse page is going to be the best way for sellers to provide information on potentially abusive situations. I would urge you to provide as much specific information as possible, such as names, e-mails, external links, and pictures of any potential issues on the platform.
All the best,
Stevie

Be sure to report this to eBay as well. THEY will take action as well.
