Hi, one of the brand have filed a complain regarding trademark infrigement on many of our products and the listings has been removed. We have registered trademark on amazon and we have submitted all the documentations for the same. We tried contacting them and havent heard back from them. We have submitted appeal on amazon however, the investigation team is rejecting it even though we have a registered trademark and have submitted necessary documents. This have happened previously and has been resolved, yet the same brand is complaining again and again and this whole process is being repeated. Since we have contacted them, we have understood that this is being done purposefully. What can we do in this regard?

Hi Noor, thanks for replying. Currently its already sent for 2nd review by the account health team. However, we have not had any updates on their end. We are missing out on sales as our listings are not active.
That is the perfect example of using policies in favour of one self by competitors,
Now its been very very easy to MAKE trade mark IP or Product Authenticity complains and let them shut down compititors automatically.
If that happens in case of Propers brand we do understand and respect that as well BUT where some CHINESE SELLERS ARE DOING DROPSHIPPING from china and showing to amazon that they are shipping from USA that explains a lot about AMAZON staying silent about it
So we have changed to defensive mood as well and we will try to maximize use of such easy policies to terminate competitors.
