Hello @Seller_nhOwlAUeVrtKx

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team here on forums.

I looked into your case and noticed that the brand team responded with: As a precautionary measure, access to your application will be locked for 90 days to allow you to provide the correct information through our appeal process.

This is the reason why you are seeing the "Pending Review" status as they are pausing the application for 90 days. Once the application has passed 90 days you will be able to submit documents again.

Some recommendations I have for attachments are...

1. The order details of a product does not meet the criteria for proving you "have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacturer which manufactures majority or all of the products under my brand." Please contact your manufacturer to see if you can get an agreement contract.

2. The attachment you made for "Upload a copy of any recent sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoice (1 or more) published in the last 6 months which includes one or more of the brand’s product names." Does not include the date so we are unable to tell if this is published within the last 6 months and does not include your brands product names.

3. On the application, you listed 3 sample ASINs. All of these do not contain your brand name. Please visit the Brand Registry Application Guide and see section 3.3.

This is an optional field. If you already sell products under your brand name, you can add the ASINs here. If you already have ASINs under a different brand, do not add them here otherwise the application will be denied.

The 3 ASINs you attached here do not belong under your brand name, and if you currently don't have a brand name under your product now, please do not attach any ASINs here.

Once you have the documents I stated in 1 and 2 would you let me know? I can raise a request to the brand team to see if they can manually decline your case so you can start over with the right attachments and application.

Best,

Sandy

Hello @Seller_nhOwlAUeVrtKx

This is Sandy back from speaking to the brand team.

The team has manually declined your application. This should allow you to start over!

Please keep in mind to only list ASINs that are currently under your brand. This is the reason why you received the reply "The product images you provided do not display the label permanently affixed to the product or it’s packaging."

Please use the Brand Registry Application Guide as you submit your application. Thank you!

Sandy
