Product Safety Complaints - Listing at risk of removal - no information on what is needed?
We just received a notice from Amazon regarding about 6 or 7 ASINs that we have been selling for years without any issues. The notice states that there is a Product Safety Complaint, and Amazon is conducting a review due to a potential safety concern that has been identified for one of our products. However, the notice does not specify what the complaint is or what documentation is required from us to avoid the risk of removal.
We have reached out to Amazon multiple times, but no one has been able to clarify why these listings were flagged or what is needed from us to resolve the issue. This has been extremely frustrating, especially since all the flagged listings are for cat litter, and we have no idea what might be causing the concern.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a way to resolve it? Amazon customer service has been very unhelpful so far.

Hi @Seller_QJnOsMRZjcdjc,
Michelle at Amazon here. I see that Account Health advised that you need to provide ISO 17025 documentation to pc-product-safety-compliance@amazon.com. I am not sure why they are asking for this specific information, but the appeals team will be able to provide you with more information after you appeal.
Regards,
Michelle
