Asking for 'Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity'
My account has been deactivated due to inactivity.
My account information page lists the information I need to submit to activate my account and a link to activate my account.

However, when I follow that link, I get a message that says 'Unable to verify account information', with no further options to correct or submit any information.
My account has already passed the INFORM ACT and my passport and bank statements submitted to the Legal Entity have been successfully verified.
In this situation, I would like to know which route to submit my documents.
Please HELP

Hello @Seller_5909HG2Y78W19,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
My account has been deactivated due to inactivity.
My account information page lists the information I need to submit to activate my account and a link to activate my account.
I see that your account has been deactivated and despite your attempts to verify your account, this issue has not been resolved as of yet.
So that I can understand and assist you the best, I would like to learn more. When your account was deactivated you should have received a performance notification with details about the deactivation and the next steps to reactivate. Can you share the deactivation notification here in this thread, so we can take a look?
You may not have the option to successfully verify your identity if the account is deactivated for another reason.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
