Third Round of Remove Listing-Reinstate Listing-Repeat Weekly Now
Beyond frustrated - I seem to be in a vicious cycle of Amazon removing - reinstating- removing the SAME ASINS over and over - weekly. I appeal, they reinstate - I get a message on Case Log they are reinstating - then a week or even just a few days later - they take it down again and I go through the entire process all over. This is becoming weekly - spending $$$ in labor to repeat the vicious cycle. Now I wonder if somehow I am flagged because I have not given stellar customer reviews to Seller Support. Same ASINS - remove-reinstate-remove-reinstate ...... how do I get out of this circle of going nowhere?

You create a case, seller support reinstate. Next day the same bot is crawling and flagging your listing again.
You should better look WHAT exactly makes the bots flag and take down this listing. If you want, post the ASIN here to take a look.

That is why Amazon is so dysfunctional. A bot removes the product, and it takes a human to make it live again. The problem is that the the Bot needs to be corrected, but human who supposedly fit the problem, is not the human who created the bot.
This is the internal culture Jeff Bezos created, and everything is working fine. So, Amazon takes a blind eye to the situation, and it is all good.
