Account deactivation
My account has deactivated 2 years back, then I opened a new account, have been using that account for 2 years. Today my current account is deactivated because of multiple account. Got mail "need to activate older one then only current one will activate. Anyone experience like this, got activated again?

It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation.
Amazon’s “Related Accounts” policy states that if one account is deactivated due to policy violations or other issues, any related or associated accounts may also be deactivated. This is done to maintain the integrity of the marketplace and prevent policy abuse.
In order to reactivate your secondary Selling account, please reactivate your primary account by submitting an appeal.
