My Compliance Dashboard and Browse Node malfunctions
@KJ_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon
Brand Manager here reporting repeat malfunctions with My Compliance Dashboard and Browse Node malfunctions resulting in delisting of products that appropriate regulatory documents were submitted on. We encountered these problems nine months ago and reported them here, https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/9d6fc1f7-1cb8-4290-9fb5-8fb79d469994?postId=9d6fc1f7-1cb8-4290-9fb5-8fb79d469994.
We have multiple products that were properly categorized with Browse Node category in our successfully uploaded flat file. For some reason, Amazon changes the browse node/item type keyword on the SKU Product Detail Pages. Amazon also erroneously changes the "Compliance Requirements" category in the My Compliance Dashboard under account health. This is a spiraling snowball, because when the appropriate safety/regulatory documents are submitted in a timely fashion via the My Compliance Dashboard, the documents are rejected and the product delisted because Amazon has them listing in the wrong category.
A continuing case with Seller Central goes nowhere. Seller Central attempts to close the case as if they have solved it, but the browse nodes and compliance requirements category on My Compliance Dashboard are NOT fixed. Case number 13400464051 is an example of unresolved problems and product delisting. We now have more SKUs experiencing this problem as well. Amazon rejects accurate compliance documents because they are looking for compliance documents from WRONG categories.
When the forum moderator opened a case with Selling Partner Community nine months ago, the malfunctions were eventually resolved ( case 12740670121). Please intervene and help to resolve these malfunctions again as it is affecting more products.

Hello @Seller_btw1hdzhQ4dCW- thank you for detailing this experience here on the seller forums. I wanted to let you know I took a look through the cases cited here and do show the current case, 13400464051, is under investigation by our support team. While I apologize reviews of this nature can take some time, no intervention will be possible until the case is placed into a 'resolved' status by our support team.
I have followed up on that investigation internally to help push for a resolution, but do keep me posted with any updates you are made aware of so I can take action internally when possible.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation here and look forward to communicating further.
Best,
Danny
