Another Seller Hijacked my product and entered in Transparency program
Hello,
Someone enrolled my listings (which I am rights owner on and have trademark on) in the Transparency Program. Now It's requiring me to have their transparency sticker on my product. I'm find with enrolling in the Transparency program but it should be under my account which is the rights owner of the brand and I created all the listing. Can you help? There is no one authorized to sell the brand.

Are there other sellers on your listings? That could also be a glitch with the platform. Do you have a seller support case? Definitely post that here, as well.

I'm sorry about this problem.
It's absurd how Amazon allows such a thing. I have a similar problem with other sellers hijacking the listing and selling some of our products, and Amazon is not doing anything about it. All the burden to prove that somebody hijacked your listings falls on the victim.
In fact, I asked a friend who has an Amazon store to list one of our products, and he did it quickly since all Amazon asks for is an invoice showing he bought the product from us. To make matters worse, the invoice he used was fake, something he created without any real information, even though Amazon approved it in a few minutes.

This is WHY the Transparency Program itself is an abject failure. There are NO solid protections that prove the customer is getting what they paid for or expected to receive. If you search the forums here you will find countless examples of this. Admins and others can make all the excuses they want, but that will not change one thing. The program touts itself as an added layer of protection against counterfeits and brand hijackers, but that's where the marketing hype falls short. Search the internet for transparency-vs-project-zero and you'll find out more. At least one attorney General (so far) is looking into this as well.

AMAZON IS TRASH AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A SELLER.
ITS PATHETIC.
