FBA Shipments marked as Delivered then next day marked as Delayed
We have some FBA Locations that have the packages checked in and already processing and then all of a sudden on 10/16 pretty much every package switched over to "A carrier delay has occurred." when they were already delivered. We have never seen this before.
4/6 of the fulfillment centers checked the packages in and started receiving stage for some of the packages, but 2/6 have not marked them as received or checked in even though 10/15 it showed delivered.
All packages shipped UPS, has anyone else ever seen this as its out first time to see a tracking number go from delivered to "A carrier delay has occurred.".

We have had all kinds of wacky things occur... we have LTL shipments to Florida FBA centers that talk about going through customs at a shipping port for a week before being delivered.
Today we just had a really crazy situation occur (I posted in another post):
Created a shipment Oct 15th -- selected Amazon Partnered UPS on Oct 17th and shipment bound for Tennessee US. First UPS label provided by Amazon was ALREADY USED. It was a UPS label that tracks as picked up in a completely different state on October 12th and was sent to CANADA(!)
Shipment immediately tracks as "delivered" so we can't print labels... whole shipment is hosed. Very concerning that Amazon is providing old invalid UPS labels from other sellers.

I wanted to check in with you regarding these shipments. Have you seen any progress, or are they still delayed? Additionally, are these shipments all at the same FC? Any additional details you may have will be much appreciated!
