partial refund due to no inventory
10 units were sold while only 8 units available. The Customer asked to ship 8 units and to refund 2 remaining units. 8 units has been shipped as requested. Should we just make a partial refund through the system. We have tried that but the whole order remaines unfullfilled since 2 units are still not shipped. What is the right way to handle this situation?
