Help appealing Pokemon brand ban
Hi,
Case ID: 14231929731
I've been struggling over the course of a year to resolve a case of a routine check-up to confirm the authenticity of my Pokemon products that I sell on Amazon, specifically these 3 ASINs: B0BWLMS6B6, B0B6NLWMGD, B0713XYV1P.
I own a brick & mortar hobby store in Raleigh, NC & we source all of our products through official Pokemon Distributors. I've submitted 5+ invoices, with our accurate & up to date information, over 10 of each unit, both with and without edits to highlight which products the singular cards have been opened from. I've submitted screenshots of our business location on google maps, our status of being a official Pokemon League on the Pokemon website, Pokemon's official TCG distributor list & provided proof of payment for the aforementioned invoices. I've made sure to supply all supplier contact information, and an email from a Pokemon Company employee informing me that they do not EVER provide Letters of Authorization.
I've spoke to many Amazon Account Health Specialists over the phone, and some have told me to provide a supplier's supplier invoice, basically, an invoice from the Pokemon Company to one of it's distributors, but this isn't something that can be obtained. I've spoken to many of my reps at our distributors about this, and they cannot provide any proof of a transaction between Pokemon and a distributor.
Has anyone had any experiences with getting their Pokemon brand restored? I've been at this for over a year now, and at this point, I'm desperate for any help I can get.
Thank you for reading.

Search the Forum for all the sellers that have had Pokemon listings removed OR have been suspended by Amazon for even trying to sell those on here.
You can start with this one where the OP has posted a number of posts about their suspension for selling (or more appropriately trying to sell ) Pokemon.
Click on their user name to open all the threads and responses.

ONE of their threads includes this nugget from @Atlas_Amazonwhich is the bottom line for the NEW, improved Amazon!
"Due to the issues with the listing set up, our team had concerns regarding your authorization for the brand. I understand from our previous communication that the brand does not issue authorization letters. This would mean that our team cannot allow you to sell this brand on our platform."
IF you survive this ordeal, since you appear to be new based on the number of posts on the Forum, just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.
For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to probably get suspended on Amazon.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE the verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT one of those toted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products".
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

Hello @Seller_SPSmzy9KwBNnk,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your listings.
I've been struggling over the course of a year to resolve a case of a routine check-up to confirm the authenticity of my Pokemon products that I sell on Amazon, specifically these 3 ASINs: B0BWLMS6B6, B0B6NLWMGD, B0713XYV1P.
As you mentioned you have been trying to resolve this for over a year. This would appear it is also associated with an account deactivation, can you confirm this?
I own a brick & mortar hobby store in Raleigh, NC & we source all of our products through official Pokemon Distributors. I've submitted 5+ invoices, with our accurate & up to date information, over 10 of each unit, both with and without edits to highlight which products the singular cards have been opened from.
If you are purchasing a pack of items, opening them up and redistributing them individually, your invoices are no longer valid for those individual cards as we can no longer associate them to the sourced products. If you invoices cannot verify the authenticity of the individual products listed and or sold we cannot accept them as the itemized product needs to be visible. Can you advise if this was the case on all three listings?
I've spoke to many Amazon Account Health Specialists over the phone, and some have told me to provide a supplier's supplier invoice, basically, an invoice from the Pokemon Company to one of it's distributors, but this isn't something that can be obtained. I've spoken to many of my reps at our distributors about this, and they cannot provide any proof of a transaction between Pokemon and a distributor.
Additionally, as mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp you may also require proof of a valid supply chain which can include proof that your supplier is authorized or that they are sourcing appropriately. You can see more on our invoice requirements, and our expectations for a letter of authorization.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
