FBM return lost by UPS. Shipping label purchased through Amazon.

Really need help from a MOD please. Customer returned a package via UPS with a prepaid label through Amazon but the package was lost before it arrived. We filed a claim for the lost package with UPS and the claim was approved but the claim was paid out to Amazon. We contacted Amazon and was told that we need to contact UPS so we called UPS again and they said no that we need to contact Amazon. It keeps going back and forth. We checked here on the forums and tried different ways but it does not seem to work. Case Log ID 15613093751.

@TaylorR_AmazonIt seems like you helped someone out with a similar issue. Can you please help me. The case log seems to be getting generic responses and we keep running in circles.

I was able to look through the case ID in question and wanted to ask if you've already filed a SAFE-T claim providing the documentation from UPS providing the refund to Amazon to receive this reimbursement? This would be your next best step!
