FBA Inventory Incorrectly Marked / Classified as Defective

Hey @Manny_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon @TaylorR_Amazon,

I have some FBA inventory tied to an ASIN that was blocked by Amazon a few weeks ago. Fortunately, I was recently able to get the ASIN reactivated. While the ASIN was inactive, my FBA inventory for this ASIN (nearly 50 units) was moved to an unfulfillable status and incorrectly marked as defective for reasons unknown. I tried calling Seller Support in hopes that they might be able to get the fulfillment centers holding the units to conduct a check on the units incorrectly marked defective but Seller Support said that it's not possible to do so. I'm hoping that there might be a way to escalate this case and get the units that were incorrectly marked as defective checked and back into a fulfillable status without having to go through the hassle and unnecessary expense of creating a removal order and simply shipping the units back to Amazon upon receipt.

I have the same issue. it seems the warehouse is this unaccountable entity that has no transparency. This is an Achilles heel for Amazon. These are the same people who misdeliver packages with impunity. I didn't realize that that the warehouse had this untouchable status.

Same thing, some of the inventory on this ASIN - were forcefully removed despite being under inestigtion and specifically cancelled returning them until investigations were complete. We want a full reimbursement as returning this items have made them unprofitable. A total of 157 units were forcefully removed and sent back
