Bad Vine review over broken FBA item
I'm a tiny business trying out Amazon FBA. I was sent an Amazon promotion to try out Vine. I did and my item arrived broken to the person doing the review. I was given a 2-star product review for the broken item. What can I do? This is the first review for my item. What a bummer.

For any review that departs from the Community Guidelines, you can request it's removal using the 'Report abuse' link next to the review itself. You can also report the profile of the reviewer if it appears there is a history of suspicious activity.
