FBA Fullfilment Fees Charged whereas reason for return is Missed Fulfillment Promise
The order 404-7087466-4724303 was returned by the customer due to the reason "Missed Fulfillment Promise". This is not in related to my product. So the FBA Fullfilment Fees and the Referral Fees should not be charged as it has nothing to do with me and an issue from Amazon side?

Yes, if its a fair world. But Alas, it is not!
Amazon Policies are skewed towards buyers (even if its their fault) and Amazon FBA Team can also make mistakes (at the expense of the Seller). In all such cases, Seller will face losses. This is the hard truth of being a Seller on Amazon, and there is no way out. We are choosing to face this risk when we decide to sell on Amazon.
