We come to the Forums for 2 Primary Reasons in addition to reading News & Announcements:
1. Insufficient details on Amazon Help pages about something, and whether other Sellers faced the same issue and were able to resolve it.
2. Seller Support not able to resolve some issue, trying to see another way to resolve it by checking the forums.
Many times, we find helpful answers and responses, but sometimes we are left disappointed as we don't find an answer or a resolution to a frequently occurring issue.
We hope to see all relevant and frequently occurring issues getting resolved through the Forums.
