FBA lost my FBA shipments. No reply from support for 3+ months.

Hi,

I have been selling on FBA since the beginning of 2024. During this time, Amazon has lost several of my shipments sent to FBA warehouses. I’m referring to situations where, according to UPS tracking, the shipment is delivered, but the FBA warehouse reports that they haven’t received anything. The entire package missing!!!

While other issues are resolved through support within a few days, or sometimes even faster, lost shipments are handed over to a special team. In the best case, they request the same set of documents from me, which I promptly provide. Sometimes, they don’t request anything. Regardless of the “investigation” process, the result is always the same—no result. I open a new case, and everything starts over.

Since early June, I have opened FOUR cases for a single lost box. This is an unacceptable attitude towards sellers on the marketplace. I am suffering losses and am extremely disappointed with the Amazon marketplace.
