First, stop reducing your price lower than the buy box. Other sellers will just lower their price to beat yours. Just match it and be patient. People that get in price wars for buy box are the reason why margins are so slim on so many products. It drives me nuts. Id bet your margin is already pretty slim and cutting your ROI even further just to see an item sold isn't a good business move. You're also missing a ton of info. There's also a ton of other variables that go into play to win buy box and your post is missing a lot of info to understand why you're not getting a piece of BB.
