Showing error while filing Safe T claim

Hai, While filing safe t claim it showing like after 21 days to file for reimbursment and after 21 days i filed for safe t claim they are denied my claim and reason is window closed.. What is the solution for this? Pls check screenshot.

yes same thing happen to me. They only now how to take money from us and we are nothing for them. They only knows how to refund buyers. Whatever buyer does they help them. And don't waste time on this they will never give
