Where Are EBC (A+ Content) Templates
I want to put one large image in my EBC. I see other brands/sellers do this all the time. I have been looking for days for a solution.
EVERY SOURCE says to select Template 5.
I a not offered any templates at all. I am offered modules with very specific art dimensions, none of them tall. I don't want modules. I want the templates?
Did Amazon get rid of them or am I just not finding them?

Since you mentioned large images, I was thinking you may be referring to Premium A+. You can find the image size chart for both basic and premium on the A+ content help page.
If you have already opened a case with Seller Support that provides some examples or the ASIN(s) specifically you are having trouble with, I would be happy to review as well.
