Not receiving Interview Link for Virtual Identity & Supply Chain Identification

Hello Amazon Seller Community,

I’m reaching out in desperation after having our funds frozen for 10 months. We finally received an email allowing us to book a virtual identity and supply chain interview. We booked three slots, all in the CET time zone:

26th June, 11 AM

27th June, 11 AM

1st July, 11 AM

However, we did not receive an invitation link for any of these appointments. Despite sending 5-6 emails to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk, we have received no response.

Compounding this issue, I cannot contact support through my account as I received a section 3 ban previously.

We have $100K frozen and are accruing debt due to this prolonged situation. We urgently need the interview link to resolve this matter.

Can anyone here provide guidance or direct assistance? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I do see that your concern seem to stem from Europe, I also see you posted in Germany a few months ago on the same issue. You will likely need to resolve with with support in Europe as we have very limited information and visibility on international accounts. There may also be additional regional restriction due to different policies.
