Amazon and Account Manager Helpless – Yoga Mat Charged as 100kg FBA Weight

We are facing a serious issue regarding our yoga mat, which weighs barely 1 kg in reality, but Amazon is charging us FBA fees as if the product weighs 100 kg. This is clearly a system or catalog error.

Despite repeated calls to Amazon Seller Support and ongoing follow-ups with our account manager, nothing has been resolved. Every time, we are told that "inventory is not available for re-measurement." Yet the inventory is active in the FC, orders are being fulfilled, and customers are receiving the product.

Our account manager also says they are waiting on a response from the internal team, but it’s been weeks with no solution. Meanwhile, we are suffering major losses on every sale due to incorrect FBA fees.

We are extremely disappointed and confused as to how such a large discrepancy is not being taken seriously. Is there **any moderator or Amazon team member** here who can escalate this issue to the **appropriate Catalog or Inbound Measurement team** to get the dimensions corrected?

At this point, we don't know how else to get help. We request urgent support to fix this error and refund the incorrect fees charged.
