Issue with Duplicated Listings on CA and MX Marketplaces
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am experiencing an issue with duplicated listings on the CA and MX marketplaces. My listings are being automatically duplicated from my source marketplace in the US. However, I do not sell in CA or MX, and a few months ago, I manually deleted these duplicated listings from those marketplaces. Now, I have noticed that these listings have reappeared, and I am receiving notifications regarding compliance actions from the CA and MX marketplaces.Could you please advise on how I can permanently remove these listings from marketplaces where I do not sell, without affecting my original listings in the US marketplace? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hi @Seller_P1rvTQ0wFGEM3,
This is likely happening because of the Build International Listings (BIL) tool, which automatically duplicates listings across North American marketplaces. According to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202121630, manually deleting listings won't solve this permanently.
To stop the duplication, you can exclude your SKUs:
- Go to Build International Listings tool
- Select your US marketplace (use marketplace switcher if needed)
- Select CA and MX on the left side
- Click "Edit" next to "Exclusions" in Connection settings
- Enter your SKUs (up to 1,000 at a time)
- Click "Exclude offers"
Important: Make sure to do this for both CA and MX marketplaces separately.
Kind regards, Michael

Good Evening @Seller_P1rvTQ0wFGEM3,
I wanted to stop by and see if you were able to remove your duplicate listings after the guidance your received from Selling Partner Support on CASE ID ending in 9891 or the troubleshooting steps @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z shared above?
If the issue is still ongoing, please let us know so we can figure out what next steps can be taken to ensure we remove the listings you do not want to have in the other Amazon stores. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
