ASIN is ineligible for Sponsored Brand Ads
Dear Amazon Community Managers,
I kindly request your assistance regarding my ASIN, which has recently become ineligible for Sponsored Brand Ads, despite previously being eligible and my Sponsored Brand Ad is Active. This ineligibility is preventing me from updating my creative in an existing campaign and launching a new video campaign.
I submitted a support case on January 9, 2025 (ID 10693831752), and it remains pending. I have been receiving regular updates stating, “Thanks for your continued patience. We are currently researching your issue in partnership with the responsible team. We'll provide an update as soon as any additional information is available.” After 25 days, this issue remains unresolved, unfortunately.
I would greatly appreciate your support in following up on this matter and escalating the case to the responsible team management for prioritization and prompt attention.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards, Alena

I suggest the following steps:
Escalate the Case: Reply to your existing support case and politely request it be escalated to a senior account specialist or the concerned team’s management.
Amazon Account Manager (if applicable): If you have an assigned account manager, reach out to them directly for faster resolution.
Check for Policy Updates: Sometimes ASIN eligibility changes due to updated policies. Review Amazon’s advertising policies for any recent changes.
Open a New Case: Occasionally, opening a new case referencing your previous case ID can get fresh eyes on the problem.
I hope your issue is resolved soon! Stay persistent.
