Need help on account suspension apeal
I have been submitting apeals for months now and need assistance in getting my account back. I keep getting the same automated response messages every time I submit a new form or new apeal I have tried everyway and I am looking for a solution to this problem.
Here is the original suspension response:
Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing “inauthentic” complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.
Why is this happening?
You have supplied documentation to Amazon which appears to be forged or manipulated. We previously requested these documents from you to address concerns about your account. All requested documents must be authentic and unaltered.
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please send us one of the following:
-- An explanation that justifies why you provided documentation which appears to be forged or manipulated; or
-- Evidence that demonstrates that the documents you provided are not forged or manipulated
You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files.
How do I submit the required information?
To submit this information, please follow the instructions in the banner at the top of your Account Health page in Seller Central:

What happens if I do not submit the required information?
If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days we will permanently withhold any payments to you and any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused "inauthentic" complaints will be destroyed at your expense.

I supplied my invoices from walmart where I bought the items as requested on the form. I did not dropship and had the invintory on hand.

Did you use pdf or jpeg files that could not be altered?
Those are pretty much the gold standard for everything on here.
You are going to have a rough road because Amazon does NOT like forgeries or anything that appears to be altered. For some reason they didn't like the documents.
Please say that you didn't use a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork. They are notorious for providing forged documents.

Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?

As you mentioned you had tried to dispute the situation advising that with your revaluation the documents were not manipulated, typically in this situation you need to provide the originally requested documents that can be accepted.
